Our team is affiliated with Prime Mortgage. Prime is one of the 30 largest lenders in the nation. Prime is a privately owned organization. As a result we are able to offer many programs that other lenders would not be able to handle.

We get our business from our business partners. We work with some of the most respected professionals in the area. These professionals range from respected Real Estate Agents, builders, Financial Planners, CPA's and Attorneys.

4. Where do closing documents come from?
Your closings are in good hands as our closing packages come from our home office. We control the closing documents, which mean fewer problems for you.

5. How are the files underwritten?
The majority of our files are underwritten on site by our senior processor. However, some specialty and government loans are underwritten by one of Prime's DE/LAPP approved underwriters.

6. Who controls the funding of the loan?
Prime controls the funding of the loans which means you will not be waiting at the closing table for the Lenders funds.
