The Windschitl Team has a commitment to their clients throughout the life of their loan. They do this by taking a proactive approach to their customers needs by finding out what the customer’s short and long term goals are and integrating a mortgage plan that will help them achieve their financial goals. The Windschitl Team is a group of very talented and motivated professionals and we look forward to helping you with all your mortgage needs.
David has been in the financial services field since 1996. David and his wife Melissa are the proud parents of their 3 children, Mason, Brayden and McKenzie. An avid sports enthusiast you can bet that David is currently active participating in a sport or attending a sporting event. David played both Football and Baseball in college at Gustavus. David and his family also enjoy traveling.
Joyce has been in the mortgage business since 1997. She has three grown children, David being one of them. She has a daughter, Jill in Seattle and a daughter, Krista who just graduated from college. Joyce is very active in the community. Enjoyment for her is relaxing or working in her backyard, her faith in God, reading a great book, or of course, going on vacation. People that have met Joyce always remember her laugh.
Suzie is the newest member of the Windschitl Team. She joined us in July 2005 as a Loan Processor/Originator, and she has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. Suzie and her husband Tony stay busy trying to keep up with their 2 little boys. She also enjoys sports, vacations, theater, and spending time with family and friends.
